Terms of Service

There are several policies created to ensure fairness to all of the clients that host with us.

1. Pornography, pirated software, mp3 archives, rom archives, freeware/shareware software archives, cracking/hacking tools, and spamming are not allowed. Any material of this nature or links to material of this nature will cause the account to be shut without financial refund. These types of sites waste bandwidth and slow down the servers. It is not realistic to allow one site to ruin the speed for all of the sites. Additionally, sites of this nature often place web hosts at legal risk, and therefore cannot be allowed.
2. We reserve the right to close any web site that is using an unreasonable amount of bandwidth or server CPU time. This policy protects other web sites that are located on the same server from becoming bogged down by the abusively high traffic site.
3. Accounts will be created upon payment. We will not set up sites until payment has been received. We will only spend time supporting paying customers.
4. Clients that tax a server down with malfunctioning asp scripts will lose their right to have asp scripts. Everybody writes a asp that locks up from time to time, but we will not allow one client's scripts to ruin the server speed for the rest of the clients. Keep this policy in mind when uploading asp scripts, since you assume full responsibility for every asp that you upload. If your asp is causing a noticeable performance bottleneck, your asp-script will be disabled.
5. Failure to pay on time will result in the loss of the account. We want to give premier support to paying customers. Therefore, we cannot waste time supporting those who do not pay.
6. Websites that contain material that is intentionally offensive to racial minorities or exploit minors are not permitted. Sites that are found to contain such offensive content will be closed and where applicable the relevent authorities will be notified.
7. Pricing and policies are subject to change at any time.
8. If you send spam, your account will be closed. If a client you host in your account sends spam, your account will be closed. Even if you only send spam one time, your account will still be closed as soon as we find out you sent spam. Spam is a waste of our network and system resources, and we are completely intolerant of anybody who sends or attempts to send spam.
9. We reserve the right to charge a penalty of US$100 per spam message sent (or attempted to be sent) to or through our servers. Spam penalty charges are immediately turned over to a collection agency, since we will not waste any of our time with spammers. For example, if you even attempt to send 1,000 spam emails through our servers, a collection agency will attempt to collect US$100,000 from you. The easiest way to avoid this penalty charge is to NOT send spam.
10. Billing cycle is in November, customers who fail to pay will have their accounts closed and then wish to rejoin will be charged an administration fee.
11. Due to the tight margins involved in domain hosting at this price, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
